Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the GGS LEADS website (ggsleads.co.nz), operated by GGS LEADS Limited ("GGS LEADS", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting the call-back form, you agree to these terms.
1. What GGS LEADS is
GGS LEADS is a free lead-generation service. We connect people interested in vehicle finance with independent, third-party brokers. We are not a lender, credit provider, financial adviser, or dealership, and we do not arrange, approve, or fund any loan ourselves.
2. Using this site
You may use this site to browse information, use the repayment calculator, and submit your contact details to request a call back. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, honest information in the call-back form (your real name, phone number, and email)
- Only submit your own details, not someone else's, unless you have their permission
- Not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to spam, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service
3. The repayment calculator
The calculator on this site provides estimates only, based on the numbers you enter. It does not:
- Constitute a loan offer, quote, or pre-approval
- Guarantee the interest rate, term, or repayment amount you'll actually be offered
- Take into account your individual credit history or circumstances
Your actual finance terms are determined by the broker's lending partners, based on a full credit assessment.
4. What happens after you submit the form
When you submit the call-back form, your details are passed to one independent broker, who will contact you directly. From that point, any discussion, application, or agreement is between you and that broker — GGS LEADS is not a party to it and is not responsible for the outcome, advice given, or terms offered.
5. No guarantee of outcome
We don't guarantee that a broker will call you within any specific time, that you'll be approved for finance, or that any particular rate or outcome will be available to you. Timeframes mentioned on this site (such as callback times) are typical, not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
The GGS LEADS name, logo, and the content of this website belong to GGS LEADS Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GGS LEADS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, the calculator, or any dealings you have with a broker referred through this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be dealt with in the New Zealand courts.
